Junior PHP/JavaScript Software Engineer (Remote)

Here’s how you can be a key player on our team:

• Handle bug fixes and participate in code reviews to keep the system running optimally
• Establish, maintain and improve technical solutions that will address client needs, with a focus on enhancing the value of our enterprise software solution and contributing to its viability and stability
• Roll out new functionality including front-end improvements (Data dashboards, DataTables, continuing UX improvements) as well as enhancing back-end performance
• Bring a strong systems analyst viewpoint, along with logical, analytical and critical thinking skills, to all projects and tasks
• Deliver all work product in a timely and efficient manner
• Contribute ideas for product and systems improvement
• Interact productively with fellow team members to achieve the company's goals
• Bring a flexibility and willingness to take on other duties as assigned

What it takes:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Competency with Git
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with MySQL, PHP and JavaScript
• Willingness to learn

This is a remote position, although we prefer that candidates be based in or near the Triangle area of NC.
